The 30 odd days of preparation between my first and second attempts I only reread labs I already did. Then +-4 days out I did some lab practice. At the time I thought it was risky, but thinking back about it, I managed to cover more material that way than if I did full labs. The scope is so wide, my reasoning was that I just wanted to keep everything fresh and give it another go. Worked for me. Keep motivated and nail the iron while its still hot. I got my game plan ready. Just need to put it in action, and get going. I have read a post on Sadikhov that the lab will eventually change but there is no time line given or an announcement so my hope is to get ready in the next few months and go back at it again. I had a similar experience with both basic connectivity (I had to rip out an entire technology and rebuild it due to not reading the question closely) and question interpretation slaughtered me. My advice is to enjoy your vacation and then hit the studies as soon as you can. I took too much time off and it was much harder to get back into the study groove. Good luck.
